We assume Gran Prosociano is offered as an alternative to parmesan cheese. While is looks much like it, we found its taste to be so salty though that it is simply not something we could enjoy on its own.

Aged Gondino resembles a mature pecorino stye of cheese. While coconut oil and starch are among the main ingredients, we were pleasantly surprised by the taste. Great for grating over pasta.
